Who Are We?

THH is a group dedicated to the entire recovery process from substance abuse. The company was founded when we realised that there was a need for an effective after care program once a person had completed intense primary care treatment. We specialize in providing safe/sober environments perfectly suited for those who are ready to be reintegrated into society.

 

How We Do It?

We place great emphasis on a unique Relapse Prevention Plan and Accountability Contract. Each individual is accessed and then we formulate a plan having discussed finances, curfews, employment, visitation and support structures.

 

We work with companies, sponsor’s and parents to allow a person the safety, support  and benefit of being in a structured managed environment.

 

We offer individual counselling, weekly progress reports, random drug testing and support groups which create the best possible environment for recovery.

 

Why Transformation Halfway Houses?

The benefit of using THH’s is that we are affiliated to Various other Rehab Centres. This means that besides the wealth of experience this brings, it also means that we are able to immediately facilitate a person that is not able to function within the Halfway House and requires primary care treatment.
